Meet The Team

Dr. Tasha Clark, D.H.Sc. is currently employed as an Associate Director of Benefit-Risk Management within the Therapeutic of Area of Sleep Disorders. Her professional career spans over 15 years and includes holding positions at Pfizer, Merck, and Takeda in Therapeutic areas, such as Anti-Infectious, Gastrointestinal, Generics, Infectious Diseases, Infertility, Orthopedics, Rare Diseases, and Vaccines in Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Risk Management and REMS programs in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently in July 2020 and November 2020, Dr. Clark achieved FDA approval and launched a new product for sleep disorders.
   She has combined her passion and experience to launch a new product that helps more than 65,000 patients. She is also passionate about helping patients with rare diseases and contributing community to help young children and seniors in need of support. Tasha enjoys leveraging her skills, experience, and expertise to help mitigate healthcare disparities.
  Dr. Clark holds a Doctorate in Health Science (DHSc) from Nova Southeastern University, a Master in Public Health (MPH) from Benedictine University, and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Regis University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology and Pre-Chiropractic studies from
Bloomfield College. She is also a co-founder of Maduro Venture Partners LLC, which has Emmy Award Winning television shows like “Anglers & Appetites” on Destination America and “The Comeback Kings” for UPN. In that role, she has partnered with Verizon, spearheading the strategy to bring a 3D phone and tablet glasses free to the industry. She is also the owner of Solid State/NTE Electronics/Pride which grosses 55-60M a year. In her role, she uses her diverse knowledge to focus on driving technology and innovation across various industries.

Rashad El-Amin, Managing Partner, has served as Senior Vice president of A&R Urban Music at MCA-/Universal, and has negotiated multimillion dollar deals for his clients as co-founder of Brick Blvd. Entertainment and 401 Music/MCA. He has represented some of the music industry’s elite including Whitney Houston, Missy Elliot, Craig Mack, Donell Jones, Total, Mad Lion, Keith Murray, Yvette Michelle, and Jodeci. Rashad has successfully syndicated first run television shows since 2013. He holds a M.B.A, Business Administration from Regis University.

Charles M. Suitt, started his career in entertainment after attending St. John’s University and The City University of New York. He became manager of the Lost Boyz in 1995, while signed to Andre Harrell’s Uptown MCA Records. Charles accepted a position as Vice President of A&R at Universal. During his eight year reign, Charles was responsible for signing Sean "Diddy" Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment. After his departure from Universal, he helped start Skeleton Key; a publicly traded entertainment company. Shortly thereafter, he created his own company called, Foundry Media Group. 

 

He was awarded a book publishing imprint with Simon & Schuster, and  founded Karen Hunter Publishing. Books published under that imprint were, Janet Jackson’s,” True You”, New York Times Best Seller; Kris Jenner’s, “Kris Jenner and All Things Kardashian” , New York Times Best Seller; Patti Labelle’s, “Recipes for the Good Life” Congressman Keith Ellison’s (first Muslim elected to Congress), My Country, Tis of Thee; and Elynn Harris’, “Mama Dearest”, New York Times Best Seller.  

 

Charles has produced "The Salt and Pepper Show" for VH1, "Empire Girls" for Style Network, "Glam Squad" for Oxygen Network, and "Money and Violence" for Tidal, Lions Gate/Starz Network. He is also co-founder of Patti’s Good Life Inc., which is a billion dollar company that specializes in food namely Patti Labelle's sweet potato pie.

Qadree El-Amin, Managing Partner, besides being the guy that got married at Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch. He has managed and worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including Muhammad Ali, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Vanessa Williams, and Boyz II Men. His hard work led him to negotiate one of the highest paid tour deals ever, grossing in excess of 40 Million dollars. Through working closely with the veritable who's who of music's elite he has formed valuable alliances with noted record label presidents Clive Davis, L.A. Reid, Jimmy Iovine and Tommy Mottola. His Midas touch has solidly manifested itself in his being responsible for the sales of over 100 million units of music CDs, due to the phenomenal sales records of Boyz II Men, Lou Bega and other clients.
